Ms. Sumana Halder

Country Manager, MSO & CEO DESK

As ‘Country Manager’, she is at the helm of Managed Service Line of business and also in-charge of the CEO Desk in ESPL. She is responsible for business as well as operation, which contributes 40% of the Company’s turnover. She is also handling CEO Desk which reports to CEO on Company’s performance. She worked as an IT professional with more than 20+ years of experience in companies like Ushacomm, Reliance Communication and other multinationals with project management & customer relation management portfolio. She has earned several award & certificates due to her dedication and professionalism to excel in her area of operation. Her “sportsmanship and determination to win” attitude is key to her success in professional life. She is an ISO champion and leads ISO process implementation in ESPL.

She is a sports person of national & international repute. She represented India in Junior Asian Gymnastics championship at New Delhi in 1991. She was National Junior Champion Gymnast in 1989.

She is a recipient of ‘BHIM award’ in 1992 from the Honorable Governor of Haryana and had received Scholarship from Sports Authority of India (SAI). She was selected as one of 12 candidates for National Sports Talent Contest in 1986. She had won many championships and awards during her journey towards top. She studied from Motilal Nehru School of sports, Haryana from class V till XII with Scholarship from Sports Authority of India (SAI).
