The project aims to digitize and manage marriage registration records and documents, including handwritten certificates and supporting materials. With over 160 lakhs of pages, including 30 to 40 lakhs of original certificates dating back to the 1870s, the task requires meticulous handling. ESPL has been chosen to execute the project, employing its expertise in document preparation, scanning, indexing, metadata entry, and upload into a Document Management System (DMS). The project encompasses ensuring the safety and security of the original documents, implementing an open-source DMS for efficient search and access, and adhering to ESPL's Project Management Process for quality digitization and storage. The solution offers several advantages, including safeguarding fragile documents, reducing handling of originals, facilitating easy search and retrieval, enabling access from anywhere with proper authentication, allowing candidates to download certificates securely, and cutting down costs associated with document handling.

Key Success Factor of ESPL projects is to establish a PMO (Project Management Office) and a clear project governance model. PMO is the main monitoring, analysis and risk mitigation body of ESPL. There are three tire of project management
The Project Management Officer is a professional able to support projects and programs independently, acts as a right hand of project manager / delivery manager. The activities of the PMO are centralized around resource and work planning & control, budget management, change management and product quality control. Also, a PMO person is able to lead a small team of junior program control services members: schedule and assign work, set objectives, provide feedback on performance and motivate. As part of Digital India drive of GOI, ‘Ministry of Road Transport & Highways’ has taken a great initiative for ‘Design, Development, Implementation & Enablement of Integrated Solution at MoRTH, NHAI and NHIDCL. ESPL has been selected as digitization partner for DXC for this world bank contract. ESPL team has setup digitization centres by installing high-end scanning equipment, computer systemsat NHAI DWARKA and MoRTH Delhi office. Purulia case

District Magistrate and Collectorate of Purulia has taken initiative to Digitize old archival records of the Land Acquisition Section under the District Magistrate and Collectorate. ESPL has successfully executed this project within time and with great customer satisfaction. ESPL has used its experience & best practices in handling old pages ( as old as 70 years+ and brittle) which were learnt during scanning work of Assam Land records earlier. The one of the reason for success was Dash board reporting on weekly basis, taking all stakeholders on the same understanding in terms of progress, monitoring issues & milestone, and a formal project closure. ESPL ISO 27001 processes were followed to maintain the safety and security of the documents.
